SHIPPING POLICY
4x4world uses FedEx ground to ship our products to our valued customers. Should you require overnight or second day delivery, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@4x4world.com for a price quote on your particular method of shipping. Occasionally, due to the size/weight of a product, we will require the use of other freight companies. Should this situation arise, our customer service department will contact you with available shipping options and costs before proceeding with the sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
Should your order arrive damaged or defective, 4x4world.com will either replace the damaged parts or ship out a complete new product at our expense.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping will be the same procedure as in the purchase.
4x4worlds ultimate goal is a satisfied customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
Unless you the customer pre-requests a "Signature Required" delivery we rely on our shippers delivery confirmation via tracking numbers to determine that an order has been delivered. Occasionally customers will order products and not require a signature upon delivery and the package will be left on door step, back door, etc and the customer will not find the package due to theft or accidental loss. In these instances 4x4world will not take responsibility for the missing package nor will we offer a refund or replacement. Under these rare circumstances it is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company themselves and follow the shipping companies policies.
Should you require a signature at delivery, we encourage you to contact our customer service dept via email and request a signature required designation prior to placing the order as shipping costs may vary. Should you choose this as your preferred method of delivery, 4x4world will assume full responsibility for the shipment until you or a designated person signs for the package.
