Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied within 10 business days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. Email our dedicated customer service dept at customerservice@4x4world.com and they will assign a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for the return.
NOTE: A RAN must be preauthorized prior to returning the product, no exceptions!
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation and parts to insure full credit. New condition means sale-able condition, not dirty or washed. We cannot accept returns on an item that has any indications of use.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 10 business days after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please email customerservice@4x4world.com before placing the order for a full explanation on the restocking fee.
Note: Shipping charges are third party charges and cannot be refunded.
Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card.
Credit and Return Time
Please allow 3-5 days business days after the product has been returned to our warehouse for a return credit to the card under which the item was purchased.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email customerservice@4x4world.com within 4 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Should you decide to cancel your order after 4 hours, 4x4world will make every effort to stop the processing and shipping of your order. Please understand there is no guarantee that we will be able to successfully stop the shipment in time without an additional fee.
4x4world.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to unexpected pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, ommissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. 4x4world values a satisfied customer, occasionally mistakes are made on our website regarding pricing, stock status of a product, or description. Should this rare situation arise, customer service will contact you promptly via email to inform you of the situation and ask if you would like to proceed after fully explaining the changes.
